Data we process

• data you send to us by email or provide by phone, especially your name, email, phone number, organisation name and the content of the communication,
• technical data necessary for website operation and security, such as IP address, request time, visited URL, browser type, device and basic server logs,
• data generated when opening external links or playing the trailer on Vimeo is governed by the privacy rules of the relevant external services.

Purposes and legal bases

• operation, availability, security and technical administration of the website - legitimate interest of the controller,
• responding to media, partner and general enquiries - legitimate interest or pre-contractual cooperation discussions,
• compliance with legal obligations, where such obligations apply.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or other marketing tracking.

Playing the trailer or opening links to partners, Vimeo, GitHub, Vercel or other external websites may result in data processing by those services under their own rules.

Recipients and processors

We use ordinary technical providers for website operation, especially Vercel hosting infrastructure and services required for email and production communication.

We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing profiling. We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer should be protected by appropriate legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or other tools under the GDPR.

Retention

• contact communication is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or cooperation, usually no longer than 3 years from the last communication unless longer retention is necessary,
• technical server logs are kept only for the time necessary for operation, security and incident handling according to the hosting provider's settings,
• data retained due to legal obligations is kept for the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Automated decision-making

This website does not perform automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
